999cuci Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 999cuci platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out here.
These terms apply to all users of the 999cuci platform in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Before you begin — what you are agreeing to
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 999cuci platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
999cuci reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. USER ACCOUNT & SECURITY Your account, your responsibility
Account creation and verification
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at 999cuci. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information may lead to your account being suspended or closed without notice.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected. This process is in place to protect the security of your balance.
Password security and login
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 999cuci will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other external channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us as soon as possible. 999cuci is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & PLATFORM RULES What you can and cannot do
As a 999cuci user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and solely for personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
- Committing payment fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or payment methods.
- Collaborating with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes.
- Registering using another person's identity or providing false information during registration.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

- Comply with all stipulated game rules
4. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & TRANSACTIONS Your money, how it works
Deposits and payment methods
All transactions on 999cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and online banking transfers. Deposits are typically processed within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to you. 999cuci reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method where necessary, particularly in cases involving large or unusual deposits.
Withdrawals and transaction limits
Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected. 999cuci reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected or if additional verification is required to meet compliance obligations.
There is no guarantee that all withdrawal requests will be processed immediately. Users are advised to plan their withdrawal requests carefully and to refer to the minimum and maximum limits set for each payment method when logged into their account.
5. LIABILITY LIMITS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MISCELLANEOUS Technical matters you should know
Platform liability limits
999cuci is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, server downtime, or data loss.
The platform is provided "as is" and 999cuci makes no guarantee that it will be free from errors, disruptions, or viruses. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices are protected with appropriate security software.
Account policy — suspension and closure
999cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. In the case of a suspension, any valid balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, unless that balance is linked to suspicious activity.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, graphics, software, and other materials found on the 999cuci platform are the intellectual property of 999cuci or its relevant licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without explicit written consent from 999cuci.
Third-party links and applicable law
The 999cuci platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 999cuci is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through the courts having jurisdiction in Malaysia.
